I wrote a review on 8th March about not receiving my free Samsung watch after taking out a contract for a Galaxy A55 5G cellphone. I am pleased to say, Yvonne from Samsung phoned me the next day and then about a week later she phoned me every day until my Galaxy Fit3 and Galaxy Buds FE were delivered on the 25th March. I am so happy with them. Thank you, Samsung, and thank you for the excellent follow up service, Yvonne.
