I WANT MY PHONE BACK

On the 4 August 2017 i took my phone to Samsung in somerset mall for repairs, it fell and my screen went blank, i was charged R837.56, when i went back to pay it i was told that the technician picked up other problems on my phone that were not clearly mentioned and was told i have to pay R2061.54 which i did on the 04 september. on the 12 october i was called and told my phone is ready, went to collect it and was asked to switch it on and my Lcd was back on. went home charged my phone and it said 100% when i took it out of the charger it said 1%, i then assumed maybe i need a new charger and i was using my original charger that came with my phone. went to buy a new charger but the problem continued, on the 14 october i took it back to Samsung Somerset mall, spoke to a consultant Mdu who i notified that my phone switches on and off all the time it keeps saying battery full but when i take it out it says battery low, my home button is very stiff its not working and everytime i put my charger on i struggle abit to insert it of which i am not suppose to be using force too insert a charger, the consultant said no he could see my phone was not properly closed and i notified him theres a colourful lining that occures when i am switching it on.He requested i take the phone back home , transfer information that i will need to another phone or latop etc and bring it back for Re-repair which i did. on the 16 October i took my phone back to them for Re-repair, since then i have not yet recieved my phone nor positive feedback about it. i have called them numerous times went personally to them and every time i was told they busy with it. On the 2 week of November i went there again met with a consultant named Tinashe i requested for my phone he told me he could find nothing on the system about my phone being booked and that the people that took my phone are no longer there they are in canal walk, so i told him i did not take my Phone to canal walk or where ever those consultants went, i gave it in here and i need my phone back fixed or not with my money, gave him the papers that i have payed in fully for my phone etc and that i have been waiting long for it , i have been in and out of your doors since august. He then tried to calm me down and requested if i could speak to a lady named Lisa at Smartcare Century city over the phone( which was not suppose to be my duty) never the less i did and she assured me to take the matter foward and get back to me at the end of the week. She did call once when i was about to answer my phone they put down i immediately phoned them back at Smartcare and they confirmed they will put me through Lisa i waited and waited and boom phone down on my ear. I then phoned Samsung in somerset spoke to Tinashe he said he will call Lisa back and get back to me and he also confirmed Smartcare did receive feedback about my phone and they were suppose to have contacted me by now but guess what i waited and waited for them to get back to me since, i had to keep phoning Tinashe for feedback or what was happening with my phone TILL TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PHONE NOR POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT IT. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT M DEVICE BACK - IMAGINE NOT HAVING MY PHONE SINCE AUGUST 2017 WE ARE FEW DAYS TO DECEMBER AND THATS 5 MONTHS
