I want my handset!!!!

Im so fedup with Samsung ADH. Im really ****ed off right now. Where the hell is my phone?! Its been s month now since you collected my phone and to top it off you did not provide me with a loan handset. Im so sick of it! I want my phone delivered by Monday 18th Dec. How the hell will travel for three weeks without a phone??! Come on man. Nx.
