I want a replacement machine or my money back or legal action will start

Very bad and poor service aswell as appliances.. bought a twintub at makro and its been a year and the machine has been more repaired than i had the joy of using it. Been a more than month now after another repair have taken place that i have emailed Kebaabetswe of the problem aswell as videos and photos. She promises to get back to me but as usual samsung is not coming back to me. Last week i emailed her to inform her that im going to take legal action as im fed up with this she phoned me and promised me that she is sorting the problem i must give her a day or 2 up to now nothing. I want a replacement machine or a refund otherwise ill be seeing samsung in court.
