I waited months for a brand new phone to be fixed.
I bought a brand new Samsung J5 from their shop in Tygrvalley, beginning of September. The phoneicrophone was faulty, so I sent it back for repairs.
After months of phone calls to quiry the wheteabouts og the phone (on my expense), I was told the parts for it hadn't arrived in SA, and the Samsung warehouse had moved therefore slowing the process. When I did finally received my phone back, from having emailed every single company support person I could find, I discovered that Samsung had broken and replaced my screen, which had nothing to do with me, and was now faulty. The screen gave a new problem.
I took the phone into head office in Fourways, Johannesburg, where the senior customer relations manager, Siyabonga Nkosana assured me he could sort the problem out. I filled out a full report of the problem. He said that he would respond as to whether they could replace the phone in the next few days. He didn't do so, I have heard one email from him in 2 weeks to say that he was processing my report. I have emailed Mr Nkosana numerous times to enquire what the progress is, with absolutely no response.
This has been going on for three months now.
