I should have bought an iPhone instead of Samsung
I own many Samsung products in my household, and Samsung seeming to be such a reputable company cannot assist when required.

Anyway my complaint is about Samsung's FLAGSHIP smart phone the galaxy S6. I owned the s3, 4, 5 and currently the 6 So I do support Samsung quite a bit. I PREORDERED a Samsung s6 and received it the day it was released, I had no issues with any of my other devices and I know my way around the phone pretty well. Anyway on unpacking the phone I drained the battery and charged it full, transferred all my data and immediately founds faults, did all the updates still problems. Upto today their are network problems with the phone and its not from the service provider, the battery is really bad my s5 lasted much longer. How can this be? My new s6 battery is worse than my s5 that I had for a year? ? I cannot download email attachments, nor do simple tasks that require network. I've called Samsung SA, they advised to format, update software, check service provider etc all of which is not the problem. After all this they said I should take it into a Samsung store to REPAIR! I DON'T WANT A REPAIR, I PAID ALOT OF MONEY I WANT A NEW ONE! ONE THAT WORKS! LTE is like Edg
