I recently had a warranty issue

I recently had a warranty issue. My fridge stopped working after loadshedding. My insurance refused to pay out due to me not having a fuse on the plug. Samsung came out and found that it wasn't actually a surge from eskom but actually a loose cable on the board, which was a factory problem as it was never opened by the insurance. Samsung fixed my appliance under warranty and did not charge me. Thank you!
