I purchased a Samsung stove on February 27th
I purchased a Samsung stove on February 27th. It was delivered, and I contacted Samsung for installation. However, their service provider declined to install it due to distance issues. Samsung assured me that they would find an alternative solution, but this has not happened yet. The stove includes a free installation offer, and there was no mention of any limitations regarding installation areas. My business is now significantly affected by this situation.
