I need my phone back!
Samsung S21 less than a year old screen went black. Handed into MTN to send for repairs 12/02. We were informed they cannot fix but will replace. We are still waiting. An agent confirmed delivery to MTN Somerset Mall last week Tuesday but up until today there is nothing. When you call they just tell you that they will "send an email" but you hear nothing from them again. Initially we were told it takes about 2 weeks. Then 3 weeks. The +-3 weeks...
