I just want power restored to my watch.

I haven't heard anything yet from samsung regarding my samsung fit e fitness tracker watch. Apparently watches warranty falls away when it gets scratched. My watch had scratches on it but when I went to swim came out of the water it was dead no power. I just want the power to be restored to my smart watch it was working fine with the scratches on it. They need to clarify in there warranty that a fitness watch is not covered for scratches. You will have to pay to get it fixed.
