I have purchases a samsung refrigerator from GAME last year and the colour is starting to peal off of the doors and the glass doors have certain spots that the fridge came with last year

I have purchases a samsung refrigerator from GAME last year and the colour is starting to peal off of the doors and the glass doors have certain spots that the fridge came with last year. After calling samsung to fix the issue they are stating that it's negligence.how can a fridge peal due to negligence if it's always being cleaned with samsung approved cleaner? The rubber inside the doors are also starting to tear and it's not even been a year yet. Samsung refuses to take responsibility for their faulty product. The fridge came with those little peals and it's becoming worse now. I would love for them to fix their mistake. Who knows maybe it was a fridge that someone else sent in for repairs and was resold to me!
