I HATE SAMSUNG

there shouldn't even be a star rating for this company... I did an cellphone upgrade in October 2020 and with it came a 32" TV as a promotion. I did my application online to claim the TV, however up until today nothing has been done. These agents that work in the Call Centres requires proper training, they make empty promises. You phone then the line gets cuts off or the agent that you are talking to doesn't know what goes. I have dealt with 6 people. I had to submit documents which I did but I keep on getting confirmation that my request has been rejected. where is the customer services... are they hoping that Im going to forget about the TV and not bother seeing that I have a note20 I must just be happy... then there shouldn't be promotions to lure customers just to take a damn phone. This would be my first and last dealing with samsung... I WANT MY DAMN TV... WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GIVE ME WHAT I WAS PROMISED!!!
