I hate Samsung

I have been stuck without a washing machine for more than 6 months, which doesn't interest Samsung much. I am at my witts end as they do not return calls, do not provide updates and then their staff have the audacity to reprimand me on my tone. I can't believe the level of incompetence I have had to deal wit and continue to face daily.
