I bought A56 Samsung...
I bought A56 Samsung with earbud...12 Dec...I received eard buds 13 February 2026..it took long to receive those earbud and they said it will take 14 days..after receiving the earbud they are now not working, I was referred to see technician at vodacom, apparently there is no solution to our problems as iam not the first customer to complain about the ear buds..please assist
