I bought 55 inch Samsung at Game last week an the volume is not working properly

I bought 55 inch Samsung Tv at Game last week. Sometimes the volume increases or decreases sometimes I cannot increase or decrease the volume it would go on mute without me clicking the mute button. This after I have replaced Samsung 55 Curve which I bought in 2019. I’m really disappointed again at the quality of their that Samsung is selling in the market. Absolutely ridiculous
