I bought 5 Samsung Digital inverters. 2x 24,000Btu & 4x 12,000Btu. The 12,000Btu unit are so noisy that they can be heard throughout the house and even when standing outside on the opposite side of the house from where they are installed. Even the neighbo

The Reason for this post is to hopefully save someone who is considering to spend more on a Samsung A/C because they believe it is a superior “premium” product a lot of disappointment AND money...
You have already shown me exactly how low your standards of customer service are. You direct your customer to your distributor who in turn directs one back to you.
I wasted a lot of money on A/C units that are so noisy they actually keep me from falling asleep AND your rep says that the noise levels are within Samsung standards...
I have slept in MANY hotels and guest houses where the outdoor unit is right outside the sliding door on the enclosed “stoep” and those units “gree”, “LG”, “viva” are not only WAAAAAY cheaper that Samsun A/C’s, they are also A LOT quieter
