How long does it take to repair the screen on a S7 ??

Laast year end of November 2017 I handed in my phone S7 to Samsung Smart Care Service Centre ( Century City) for my free screen repair.

Did all the paper work and put down my husband's number as I was a week away from going into hospital. So when they call to say the phone is ready they can call him and he will collect the phone.

I was advised it would take 7-10 days. This has now been more than 10 weeks !!

I started following up with Samsung in the new year. Think I made my first call the 4th of January. Both myself and my husband has been calling. If we are lucky enough that someosomeone answers the phone. All we ever get is that someone will call back.

In January I was told the job was cancelled but they couldn't tell me why. I asked them to please just get my phone back. I don't care if the screen is repaired or not. I just want my phone back. (All my contacts and photos are still on the phone)

So here we are in February. Still no phone. And after my last call to them I am still waiting for someone to call me back.

Really?? How long can this take. Did they lose my phone??
