House of Demo- w*******!

I have had the absolute worst experience with a Samsung top loader washing machine I bought at House of Demo in Kayasands. From the first time I tri d to use it at home it has never worked. I have returned it 2 times- when they test it - it seems fine- when I get back home, it’s giving me the same errors... the owner/ Sales person Mark- rude as ever, had said I can bring it back to swop it out- i told him the lid was broken during one of the times I was bringing the machine back and he said we could sort that out... on arrival - he said that he didn’t say that and refused to swop- even when I told him I’d pay for the lid to be replaced by Samsung- after an altercation- I was emotionally drained and fetched the machine- it’s back home now- and still - Does not wor**** Samsung can’t assist me as the warranty sits with House of Demo and the machine has no serial! R5000 and 3 trips to House of Demo later- and I don’t have a washing machine I can use!
