HORROR OF MY LIFE

In March 2017, i have bought a phone (Cash) at Samsung Lephalale mall and few days later there was a robery at the store. Phones were ****** on the day. In April, Samsung blacklisted my phone, of which they agreed that it was a mistake when i went to enquire at the store after a week of my phone being without network, and i was promised that it will be opened withing a week after they have requested that i have send them my proof of purchase of which i personally took to the store. Even today Samsung cant open my phone and they cant even promise that it will be opened and when will it be opened. I spoke to Samsung customer care together with Samsung Lephalale Mall branch many times, of which i called in almost all the attempts and they still cant assist me. All i have got from Samsung V.O.C department of which Prudence and Ramona were assisting, and Lephalale Mall of which Godfrey was assisting was a reference number of which it is kind of useless for me. Until today i am walking around with a new blacklisted phone that i can not use to make and receive call. Today marks 4 months since my phone was blacklisted, they do not even want to borrow me a phone to use in the mean time. Please assist.
