Horrific TV Repair Centre

My Samsung TV needed to go in for repairs after having it for less than 2 years. It was collected and sent off to Liptronics the repair centre. I was advised that I would receive my TV last week Friday (10th June 2022). On that Friday I was told that my TV was delivered to someone else. I was mind blown by the fact that such a mistake could have been made. Attempts was made to contact the guy who have my TV. I was then told that he is not available the weekend, and that I will get it delivered on Monday (13th June 2022) after it gets collected. Monday comes and I am then advised that the guy is not available and will only be available on Wednesday (15th June 2022). Wednesday comes and the guy is out of town and I can only get it next week (hopefully). This is truly pathetic after sales service. I feel that there is no real effort in getting back my property and having this issue resolved in a timely manner. All along I am stuck without a TV while someone has it hanging in their home. This has to be corrected.

I certainly hope that the solution to have this resolved is to simply wait. I have been waiting and waiting, and each time a new delivery date is scheduled I get told on that day and the guy is not available and things change again. I cannot be at the mercy of someone else as to when I get MY tv back. There has to be exception made in such extreme cases. The option of a new tv or cash re-imbur*****t should be discussed.

I have been in contact with someone from Samsung yesterday who apologised for the current situation and advised that he will get in contact with the repair centre to have this dealt with at the highest priority. However, that honestly means nothing to me and frustrates me further as the only solution to this is having to constantly wait and be in limbo. There is absolutely no surety for me getting my tv back. If the guy who has MY tv is not available then someone cannot break into his place to get it. The whole idea of ‘highest priority’ is pathetic. Why is waiting the only option on the table?
