Horrific phone Issues

<p>Took my phone to the Samsung Repair Centre in the Glen shopping Centre with microphone Issues. I had to leave my phoen there for 5 days. I then received a message that the phone was fixed however upon my arrival i was told they fixed the screen and other things. Let me state that nothing was wrong with the items they "repaired" but they did not fix the microphone. I had to leave the phone there again. A month down the road this screen screen now has purple spots over it ... I have not dropped the phone or any physical damage to it! My screen is now faulty because you replaced something which did not need repairing! I cannot drive 40km one way to the samsung repair store again nor can i sit without a phone for an extended period. This is so frustrating and i know why people prefer I phones! Just dissapointed in Samsung!</p>
