Horrible Service Support - DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT!

My Mother and I own a Samsung front loader washing machine and we have been trying to get Samsung to come and fix the PC Board for 3 weeks now. All they keep telling me is that they will contact the suppliers and technicians and get back to us. They never get back to us. I constantly have to call them and get the same answer of "I don't know, we will call you back" and I don't hear from them. If I can recommend to any person out their. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT! You do not get any service support at all. I have had fantastic service from Whirlpool and Defy regarding my other appliances.
