Horrible service, defective phone.
My Z4 flip went blank before 24 months with no apparent reason. Now I am told that the phone is not under warranty because it has scratches on the outside. When this phone was sold to me, I was not advised of this fact and the box has a huge blue sign that shows 24 month warranty.
