Horrible Rewards program experience.

Samsung has a Rewards program that is meant to gift the loyal customers with items for installing partner apps and completing surveys.

I used my vast amount of points I earned to get a pair of Samsung Level On headphones, they broke within a couple of months, I then had a horrible customer experience of being ignored until I finally made a hellopeter post, the headphones were then replaced and I thought this would be the end of it.

This is now my second hellopeter post because the headphones have again broken and I am again being ignored by Samsung, the build quality of these headphones are a joke, the part that holds the entire thing togther is about 1mm thick plastic but the part covers the important bit and only serves to look good is metal.

I forgot to add, I now have two pairs of broken Samsung headphones, both taped up just so I can use them because the plastic on both of them broke in the same manner as mentioned by other users online.

The issue has been resolved and I will keep my rating at 1 star.
I will be sure to completely move away from Samsung going forward, I was told they can have them sent it and assessed and if found to be a user fault I will be charged to have them replaced. I told them I do not want them assessed because I already know what happened, the tiny 1mm thick piece of plastic meant to hold the whole thing together snapped off, taking a pair of Samsung headphones on and off everyday is apparently enough to break them.
Using metal on the outside to look good and plastic on the inside for structural integrity, great engineering.
Will be sure to avoid and inform everyone asking me in the future about any type of electronics purchase to avoid Samsung, this is coming from someone who has used Samsung for years and currently has some type of Samsung device in almost every room of the house.
