Horrible customer service from Samsung
Since I wrote a review here on the 4th of July about Samsung and they responded that they will get back to me It's the 25th of July, No one has gotten back to me Am still waiting or is it the automated email that you send to anyone annoying you? Or should I stay with the dead washing machine 🤔 It's non of your business that you guys sold a dead machine to us ? And lie about 10 years warranty
10 years warranty is your sales stunt ? What exactly is going on here 🤔

It's all nice and good when we support you guys but as soon as we experience problems with your products we have to play hide and seek
I've been asking for quotations for the washing machine and even now I haven't received anything
I've called numerous times to your call center but they all say they will get back to me
For the last time can I please have a qoatation for the washing machine hle
