HOAX and bad service

<p>Samsung buy and get promotion is a hoax, i bought an aplliance in 2016 i was told I will get free weekend accomodation of two adult of flight ticket and i chose free accomodation i was given pin number to use when booking at www.proteavouchers.com. ive been trying to book since recieving the code in February all the dates are not available for the promotion i even tried to book outside South Africa is still the same. I contacted the number they gave me and was told there is nothing they can do i must make my own booking. they must just say its a competion and stop lying to customers</p>
