Hirsch is tarnishing your products
Dear Samsung S.A.- I have purchased a Samsung dishwasher from a Hirsch store. I suggest you remove your products from their stores as the after sales service is pathetic. I have always purchased Samsung products but after my experienceat Hirsch I feel like staying far away from your products.
