Here we go again!

As much Samsung is a known brand that use to sell quality but now concentrate on quantity, not only are their phones not as advertised but now you have to buy your own charger, screen protector and cover seperat to the phone whereby it use to come with all of this, extra costs are incurred by your clients whereas you could have just made the device a little more. You will never be, nor will you come close to IPhone stop copycating other brands and start thinking out the box for yourselves. Now wonder the likes of Honor, Xiaomi, Vivo to name a few are running past you in sales, better specs, better quality, affordable and no extra costs. Do better Samsung. Isould have never purchased this device, I believe in second chances but let's see how long this one lasts before it acts up like the 7 others I went through in 8 months, cause they had to keep replacing it till eventually they decided to refund me, bear in mind this was 4 years ago, hence the second chance comment.
