Help

At the grove mall Sunday(22/04/2018) it took my phone after the screen cracked on Friday night (20/04/2018). Got there need to pay R350.00 just that they can give me a quote in a cracked screen.

On the 03/04/2018 I was at grove as well about the back camera that don''t focus. Open a service order for the camera still waiting for them to phone to come replace, Sunday(22/04/2018) they told me a need to pay for the camera as the screen is cracked and there for out under warranty anymore. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN.

So can someone please come back to me about this problem!
