Hardware issue not fixed
I've been to Samsung two days in a row now and they have failed to fix my phone. They have managed to wipe my software and re-install it only to confirm it is a hardware issue. The phone is still within warranty period and they have refused to fix my hardware. I would have to pay them R700-R2000 in order to fix it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable as the phone is little over 1 year old! So after waiting in a que for over 45 mins they basically cannot help me. The 2 year contract of this phone is far from complete. this is very dissapointing and its unlikely that I will ever make use of Samsung products again.
