Hacked my phone to go through deleted private data

I gave my Samsung Galaxy S3 in to repair the charging port, they quoted around R4500 so I rejected and asked for my phone back. After Innovotech repaired it for R299, I discovered Disk Digger and Dumpster on my phone, opened them to find private photos and documents recovered that I had deleted before sending the phone in!! I verified that the Apps were installed at the time Samsung had my phone. This is a terrible invasion of privacy - they had no right!!
