Gugu for Samsung president

I phoned the Samsung customer service line to enquire about my fridge warranty. A lady by the name of Gugu answered the phone. She didn't work in the appliance department, she worked in the cellphone department, but damn, she went out of her way to help me without transferring me to a different department. Her service was world class and it's appreciated. Keep it up Gugu.
