Guarantees mean nothing!!!!

I purchases my Samsung 13kg top loader approximately 2 years ago and paid R3998.00 it barely gets used and sadly the machine stopped working. The machine fills with water but nothing after that. I reported it to the supplier and stood there while they tried to contact Samsung, no response whatsoever. My guarantee expires in the middle of March and they still have not come to my house to check it out and repair it. Clearly they are waiting for my guarantee to expire so that they dont have to fix it for me. Amazing how such a giant company cannot look after its customers that support them with all their products.
