GT-I9500 Battery

Hi,<br> <br> I have this Galaxy S4 which is still under contract and the battery is swelling.<br> <br> I went to the Care Centre in Weltevreden yesterday and the person who helped me admitted that these are faulty batteries but he cannot exchange or give me a knew one because the the phone is almost 2 years old. My issue is that this product was worth about almost 10k or so when I bought it if the battery was known to be defective by samsung at that time then why was I not contacted about this, now it is up to me pay R500 for a new battery...this is extremely dissapointing. I also tweeted it but I guess your media person has better things to do than respond to a customers issues...TCF Samsung.
