Great service on complaint.
A few weeks ago i lodged a complaint on bad product. SIYABONGA contacted me, organized a assesment and a swop, and kept me informed the whole time. My six month vodacom/ samsung nightmare was at last sorted due to his good service. Well done Siyabonga! You give me some faith that customer service still excists in SA.<br>
