a big thank you to Nkululeko Madinane and Riaz Sallie from the Samsung Head office in Bryanston who have gone out of their way in assisting me with finding a replacement for my TV which started acting up just two weeks from purchase. They were constantly in touch and were extremely accommodating throughout.

I am definitely a satisfied customer and will continue with my recent trend of sticking to Samsung products be it Tv's, fridges, phones washing machines etc...
