Great service
I just want to take this time to thank and recognice Clerance from the smsung call centre. I clled in with idea of what to look for in a phone and came out a pro. His patience and passion for customer service was amazing and i appreciate speaking to people like him. I hope next time when i call in he'll be a coach or trainer because we need more people like him in call centres.<br> <br> Thank you sir!
