Great professional repair service for a change!!

I took my 51\ Plasma TV into Samsung's Customer Care /Repair Centre in Constantia Roodepoort. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted by Gerry at the counter. The check in service was done very professionally and the continuous update of the process via sms/ email most impressive. I had a repair quote within a day and the issue resolved within three days from start to end. With this level of after sales support Samsung has just gone up a notch or five in my estimation and adds a great deal of consumer confidence in the brand.<br> <br> Well done on taking the pain out of a notoriously bad perception of TV/ Appliance repair standards.
