Great phones from a company that lies to get you to buy
I recently got a Samsung Galaxy FE and was promised a free pair of Galaxy Buds. In-store, a Samsung agent helped me sign up for the free buds. The Samsung Members app indicated that the promotion ran from September 26, 2024, to November 14, 2024 (as of writing, 6 days were still left).
However, a few days after registering my device, I was informed that the promotion had ended on April 31. I didn't even buy the device for the free headsets, but their misinformation is deeply disappointing.
Think twice before getting a Samsung device based on their promises of expensive freebies.
