Great customer service over the phone

We have just spoken with the Samsung Customer Care Call Centre and spoken with both Tidimalo and Shaunice. While they could unfortunately not fix our problem (as we require a technician), we have never experienced such good service over the phone. They both conveyed information to us easily, took down details without the usual exhaustive repeating of information, were extremely friendly (especially given the time of the evening) and made what is a sad incident a little more tolerable.
