GPS bug on Samsung A30s

I purchased a Samsung A30 a year and a half ago. Went travelling, the phone died on me and even though it was brand new, I was told it had water damage. This i knew was impossible and I have seen other users complainin about the same issue but I cut my losses and bought a Samsung A30s. There was another bug in the beginning as well where the phone would not turn on normally after a low battery. This bug was luckily sorted in the meantime.

Regarding my new Samsung A30s This phone's GPS does not work at all. I have seen multiple complaints online from other Samsung A30 users who are complaining about the GPS bug on the phone. Please, Samsung. This is ruining my life. I cannot read street names to get where i need to be, meanwhile my GPS is taking me into the bushes. In South Africa i need a GPS that prioritizes my safety.

I have tried multiple GPS apps and have done everything the online tutorials say. My GPS is still saying "GPS signal lost".

I urge you to fix this bug with the new software update. We cannot live like this
