Good service
After struggling for many months with my phone speaking to *********** people, my case was taken over by Nicole van Lingen who assisted me sufficiently. I was extremely happy with her service as she kept me in the loop at all times and my problem was finally sorted. Thank you Nadine. Samsung needs more people like you on their team!
