Good day, i am the woman who were uterly disgusted with Samsung. Kagiso from Samsung emailed and called me. She did not take no for an answer. She helped me very well. I wish there were many more like her. On the end she got it right that Samsung took my old phone and send me a brand new Samsung galaxy 5. Thank you Kagiso and thank you Samsung.
