Given the run around

Please refer to my earlier complaint regarding my TV which broke due to being an inferior product. I was contacted by Linda Sekobane shortly after posting on this site. I was advised that I can book my TV in for depreciation, after emailing my job card to her etc. She said to go talk to Debbie at the service centre. When I get there Debbie tells gives me the exact same story as I got the last time that I must pay R5500 to fix my TV. I explained that Linda from head office told me that she arranged the depreciation for me.They didn't care. To make matters worse I took off from work to go there and on the way back I met with an accident... I emailed Linda to please let me know whats going on. After a week she replies and says that she will call later in the day. This was about 2 weeks ago. I have emailed her numerous times and still no response.I have proof of all the emails I sent and the replies I got. She sends a reply and says that I still need to send Job card. I sent the Job card long ago that's why she told me to take it in again..geez. SAMSUNG and the people who work for them really don't care. Pull up her call records to me and check.. I can send the emails. do u even care
