Getting no service from Samsung
I wrote on this platform complaining about my top loader washing machine. Samsung technicians have never contacted me. The only call I received from Samsung was them asking me to rate their service. My goodness what kind of a joke is this? What service because I have not received any?
Maybe Samsung thinks my washing machine is one of the ****** one's or is it because I'm black? I don't understand why I'm being ignored?
I should probably send it back and buy another brand.
