Get not win?

So I buy several samsung products last year. Bought a fridge. R18K. Microwave. R2k. Washing machine. R5k. TV. R16k. All samsung. All bought to move into our new house. I entered the get not win promo. Went through the whole process and was told on the website I would receive a sms in 7 days. Of course nothing. I phoned the hotline and spent around R120 on airtime trying to get through. When I finally did the women who answered said that someone will phone me back shortly. I am still waiting. I've never had any problems with samsung. It the promo is bull. How can you advertise something like this and back down. Honestly given me such a low opinion of samsung that I would definitely consider buying other makes before I buy samsung again<br>
