Gear S2 replacement strap

After about 3 months of wear the strap on my Samsung Gear S2 watch broke. I replaced it with the additional small strap that comes with the original packaging. The small only just fits me so I wanted to order a replacement strap in size Large. When I called the Samsung service centre I was told that they have to order a strap since they don't have any in stock. I asked them how much that would cost and they told me that I had to book the watch in with them before they could give me a price or order a replacement strap.
