Gear S charger Broken within a few months

Good day, I am extremely disappointed in Samsung and i am currently annoyed that i have so many Samsung products, I have bought the new gear S watch and its now only a few months and my charger craddle clip has broken off and my watch is unable to charge. i find the idea of the craddle stupid as i am extremely careful when charging and this has still happened. all my appliance is samsung and i have just bought the new s6 edge as well and for this reason i would want samsung to replace my craddle as this was not negligence. please can my craddle be replaced ASAP.
