Galaxy S6 poor design

3 weeks ago i upgraded to a the Samsung Galaxy S6 Flat cellphone. All the reviews pointed towards a good review with the Samsung phone compared to the latest IPhones on the market.<br> <br> As i had good service with my Samsung S4, i decided to stay with the brand. I upgraded at Vodacom Tygervalley and at the same time i bought a expensive screen protector and a Speck cover for the cellphone.<br> <br> This morning i tried taking a photo, just to find out that the rear camera screen is cracked.I did not drop the phone,nor use it in any other way than taking photos and calling clients.<br> <br> I am extremely upset to find out that Samsung is going to charge me R1700 to replace it. The design has an abvious flaw in it as if i did not buy a protective cover then the rear camera would in fact be so exposed to any surfice i put it on as the cammera is not level with the back cellphone cover. It is standing out and is exposed to the surfice you put in on<br> <br> I googled this problem and the complaints received on cellphone forums is shocking regarding the cammera screens that breaks<br> <br> I will appreciate it if Samsung can come to the party in helping me out by replacing the said screen.<br> <br> Hope to hear from you soon.
