Galaxy S6 Edge - Damaged after repair, not working

I took out a upgrade on my wife's Vodacom contract on 23/05/2016. The phone became defective after two weeks. I logged a fault with Vodacom's CustomerCare via e-mail to check if the problem is network related. On 27/06/2015 I was advised to book the phone in for repair / replacement at the Samsung Service Division in Nelspruit (Cell Clinic - Riverside Industrial area). I was advised it would be completed that same day as the parts were on hand. I got a phone call at 12:30 from Nick, stating they did not have the software / firmware to repair the phone after mainboard replacement, they would complete it on Monday 29/06/15. Yesterday I phoned them at 09:00, and was told it would be done by 11. I called at 11 and was told it would be done at 14:00, I called again at 14:00 and was told 16:00. My wife arrived at 16:45 and got her phone at 17:10. The phone is physically damaged due to the methods they used to take it apart, the IMEI is not programmed thus it cannot register on the network, the phone firmware / software is that of the United Arab Emirates and not the South African version. The phone is valued R15 000 and doesn't work. I demand a replacement of this unit !!
